The cues should not be lighter than normal nor the size of their tips be smaller. You will have a hard time selling a pool table with snooker pockets and cues on a later date.

Always measure the inside of a pool table so as to determine its size. Never measure the outside dimensions since it is the playing surface that is used in measuring the size of a pool table.

Make sure that the billiard cloth is well maintained. In addition, its color should be able to blend with your home's setting. If the cloth is not suitable, you will spend over $150 buying a piece of billiard. This is not taking into consideration that you will have to pay someone to install it into the pool table.
